The Order of Military Merit is one of Canada’s highest honours and was established in 1972 to recognize exceptional service by a member of the Canadian Armed Forces CAF. The honour is presented to those military members who have demonstrated outstanding dedication, leadership, and service to Canada.
Five individuals resigned / have been terminated from the ORMM after engaging in blatant medallic fuckery™️. These terminations, authorized by the Governor General under paragraph 25(1)(c) of the Order’s constitution, include cases due to unauthorized wearing of medals or by voluntary request after being exposed as valour thieves by Stolen Valour Canada.
